Bobbie Alley-Tonniges | Therapist, LIMHP
Bobbie has been a therapist since 2010, bringing over a decade of experience to her practice. She loves meeting new people and connecting with others, adopting a relational, authentic, and accepting approach, often with a touch of humor. Bobbie practices from a wellness perspective, believing in the inherent worth of every individual and their ability to evolve into their best selves.
Working with clients ranging from preschool-age children to adults, Bobbie addresses a wide range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, mood disorders, children's behavior, and life transitions. She tailors various therapeutic techniques to facilitate each client's healing and growth, ensuring personalized care.
Bobbie has specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma resolution and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for improving parent-child relationships and addressing behavioral issues. Both methods are evidence-based, providing effective and rapid results for clients of all ages.

Randy Ervin | Provisionally Licensed Psychologist, PsyD, PLP
With 37 years of experience in the mental health profession, he has worked in acute psychiatric hospitals, state psychiatric facilities, residential treatment centers, and outpatient settings. Dr. Ervin has provided care for individuals aged 6 to 100+, addressing a wide range of disorders and mental health challenges.
Dr. Ervin understands that life’s struggles can lead to feelings of being overwhelmed, out of control, and questioning many aspects of life. These challenges can manifest as depression, anxiety, stress, substance use, psychosis, suicidal ideations, and unhealthy coping skills. He believes that while we cannot always control our environment, we can learn to control our responses to it. His therapeutic approach focuses on empowering individuals to manage their reactions and regain a sense of control over their lives.
Dr. Ervin prioritizes providing education and direction in a therapeutic environment to help clients achieve positive outcomes. His extensive experience enables him to offer effective counseling and therapy, guiding individuals toward healthier coping mechanisms and greater normalcy in their lives.
Dr. Ervin offers office hours Monday through Friday from 5 to 9 pm, with additional availability upon request.

Jill Martens | Therapist, LICSW
Jill is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2018, bringing 25 years of experience in the social work field. She primarily works with adults across the lifespan, helping them overcome obstacles and manage stress. Jill specializes in addressing issues related to loss of independence, chronic illness, grief, and loss. Using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, she creates healing for those dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, bipolar disorder, and LGBTQ+ related issues.
As a registered provider for the military, Jill has extensive training to better serve the mental health needs of those directly or indirectly involved with the military. Her commitment to this community highlights her dedication to providing specialized care and support for those who serve our country.
Jill meets clients where they are, whether they are homebound, in assisted living, or in nursing facilities. She offers flexible scheduling with evening and weekend hours for in-office, telehealth, or home visits. Jill is currently accepting new clients and expects to accept most insurances by the end of May.

Erin Hajj | PLMHP, PLADC therapist
Erin finds the most rewarding aspect of therapy to be witnessing clients' personal growth and self-improvement. She believes therapy should be a safe space where individuals can gradually build their confidence before tackling deeper issues. Erin has experience working with adults in addiction, juvenile youth, and adult males who have been incarcerated, addressing addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Erin enjoys working with clients of all ages, firmly believing that everyone deserves a chance at happiness. Her therapeutic approach is informed by training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy. These methodologies enable her to tailor her approach to each client's unique needs, fostering a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.

Holly Eckhart | Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner | PMHNP-BC
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Holly is trained to provide advanced specialty psychiatric care. Her practice encompasses the art and science of evaluating, diagnosing, and treating clients with mental health conditions. This often includes physical assessments, lab tests, medication management, and the recommendation of various therapy modalities.
Holly is your ally on the journey to achieve symptom remission, aiming to bring your mind to a state of healing so you can be wholly YOU! She enjoys working with people of all ages and stages of life, with a special interest in women’s mental health, perinatal psychiatry, and vulnerable populations. Her passion lies in reducing the stigma of mental illness and empowering those who are hurting to heal. Holly believes in providing respectful and individualized care in a safe, non-judgmental space, advocating for you every step of the way.
Outside the office, Holly enjoys practicing as a certified nurse-midwife, reading, traveling, playing with her dogs, and watching her five grown (and nearly grown) children spread their wings.
