Hi, I’m Kim and I work with clients 8 and older who are navigating life’s challenges and looking for meaningful change. My approach is person-centered, supportive, and real; often blending techniques from ACT and CBT to help you reconnect with your values and take actionable steps forward. I work with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, codependency, ADHD symptoms, and parenting concerns.
 

I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming and strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 12 years working in social services, including DHHS, Probation, and Corrections, and those experiences deeply shaped my belief in the power of healing and human resilience. I earned my master’s in clinical counseling from Bellevue University in 2022 and bachelors in behavioral science in 2016 also at Bellevue University. 

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me remodeling something around the house, out camping or boating, wrangling my big family, chasing my two dogs — or looking for whatever it is I lost this time!
