Life can be a lot. Sometimes it feels like you’re barely keeping your head above water, and other times it feels like your brain has opened 37 tabs and forgotten where the music is coming from. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I primarily enjoy working with adolescents and young adults, though I also have experience supporting school-age children. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, derealization, or one of life’s many unexpected plot twists, my goal is to help you better understand yourself while building practical tools that actually fit your life.
My style is warm, laid-back, and conversational. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are—messy thoughts, awkward moments, big feelings, and all. I’ll meet you with empathy, curiosity, and the occasional bit of tough love when it’s needed. I also believe humor can be incredibly healing. We might laugh together, we might cry together, and sometimes we’ll do both in the same session.
My work is rooted in Somatic Experiencing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered approaches. Together, we’ll explore not only what’s happening in your mind, but how your body carries stress and emotions, helping you develop greater awareness, flexibility, and resilience.
Therapy isn’t about becoming a completely different person—it’s about learning to work with the person you already are. My hope is that you’ll leave our sessions feeling heard, challenged in the best ways, and a little more confident in handling whatever life throws your way. And if we can laugh at a few of life’s absurd moments along the way, even better.
