As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Provisionally Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (PLADC), I provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can work toward healing and personal growth.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, substance use and recovery, attachment concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based therapy, inner child work, and training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) to help clients understand how past experiences influence present patterns while developing practical tools for lasting change.
